Erin, a veteran in the DC restaurant scene joins us with over 25 years of experience. Her passion for inspiring menus, creative cocktails, and cultivating relationships is sure to exceed all expectations. It was Wren’s enticing and innovative beverage program that first caught Erin’s eye, and let’s just say, the feeling was mutual.
A graduate of George Mason University, Erin started her career with The Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group in DC where her love for the hospitality industry took off. She then moved into management with Passion Foods for seven years where she was instrumental in crafting their cocktail program and opening a new restaurant. Erin was an owner of two RAMMY-award-winning restaurants within the restaurant group, Saint-Ex Pillar. Most recently her talents brought her to Maryland where she opened Pennyroyal Station in Mount Rainier as an owner and manager. Here, Erin showcased her creative and managerial expertise as she was behind the concept development, marketing, and day-to-day operations.
