Beverage Director

Beverage Director Luis Mantilla is a native of Virginia with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry including tenures with Marriott, Starwood, Hyatt, and Omni Hotels & Resorts. He assisted with the opening of the Hyatt Place D.C. National Mall as the Director of Food & Beverage and curated the entire beverage program, from concept to execution, for their rooftop venue, CityBar. When not working, Mantilla enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and his two children. His passion for hospitality extends into his home, where he enjoys hosting dinner parties, and adding to his boastful bourbon collection which he has gathered over his many years in the industry.
